Pigeon shooting in the UK
The occasionally underrated pigeon is possibly one of the most challenging game birds to shoot. Their agility, speed, and eyesight make them a very challenging target to hit. Once down however, they are a pleasure to deal with in the kitchen. Plucking is easy and the variety of recipes you can cook up is staggering. It's one of the tastiest game meats going. Whats not to like?!
