Well, March 2020 will always be remembered, in the UK, as the month Coronavirus took hold. We've seen exemplary behaviour and commitment from our blue light organisations, especially by the NHS, but equally we've seen unbelievable acts of selfishness and stupidity within some areas of our population. In amongst all of that, we have found a few wild game stories to discuss as only two grumpy old men can!
Charlotte Souto - CJs Birds of PreyCharlotte is, quite simply, passionate about birds of prey. Since a young age she has devoted her life to these amazing birds and the art of falconry. Jose Souto - Chef, Lecturer and Author of the Game Larder books Venison and FeathersJose Souto is possibly one of the most game focussed chefs in the UK. Born in London to Spanish parents, Jose embraces his Spanish cultural tradition, his English love of Fieldsports, his talent for cooking, and his vocation for imparting knowledge to others to really make an impact on the way we can all learn to access, harvest and cook game meat. If thats not enough, Jose has a passion for Birds of Prey and Falconry. It was a pleasure to spend a little over an hour chatting and learning more about this remarkable man.
